RSVP: Celebration of Life Honoring A.J. and Matt

We invite you to join us for a Celebration of Life honoring A.J. Barks and Matt Siemer, two people whose vision, generosity, and commitment to caring for others has infinitely impacted Mobile Care Chicago, Chicago Women’s Health Center, and their broader community.This celebration has been organized by Mobile Care Chicago in partnership with Matt and A.J.’s friends and Chicago Women’s Health Center. It will be a time to gather, remember, share stories, and honor the impact they made on so many lives.

It feels especially meaningful that we will gather in a space that reflects the kind of community they believed in so deeply: The Community Dispatch. Matt’s leadership and vision helped bring this space to life, which continues to reflect his dedication to collaborating with community organizations to create a more equitable healthcare system where care is free, high-quality, and accessible. The spirit of generosity, creativity, and intentional leadership that A.J. brought to every space she shaped lives on in the community that will come together for this celebration.
